Our Neighborhood

Home. Now it’s steps to everything.

You’ll live differently at River Run with the mixed-use development called Harvest at your doorstep — because you’ll be walking, not driving — strolling around and not running around. Harvest is an intriguing collection of restaurants – like How to Cook a Wolf – and wine bars – like Upchurch Vineyard – in addition to tasting rooms, retail, and a 4+ star luxury Marriot Autograph hotel called The Somm. Even better, these residences are adjacent to the popular 18.8-mile Sammamish River Trail.

The Somm. Hotel

This new on-site luxury hotel and spa is currently in development with 165 fully amenitized hotel rooms and a 4,200-square-foot spa will be a destination in itself. Outside will be a 15,000-square-foot event area for music performances, outdoor markets, and festivities of all kinds. A 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar and outdoor plaza will provide incredible views of Mount Rainier and the vast Sammamish Valley.

Everything is right here — dining, spa, and shopping,  everything from time-saving conveniences to indulgent luxuries — at your doorstep. Life has never been this easy. Or this entertaining — with concerts, wine tastings, and festive events always popping up. Every day at Harvest is different because there’s something new and different around every corner.

The Yard

Imagine spoiling yourself, better yet, the ones you love. The best of the Pacific Northwest is all right here along with the very best in dining, curated shopping and amenities. Stroll along the river, cruise around on bikes, play bocce and so much more. Featured tasting rooms will include Lachini, Avennia, Upchurch Vineyard, Lobo Hills, Rustic Cork, and Cascade Cliffs. Fine dining establishments will include award-winning chef Ethan Stowell’s How to Cook a Wolf and Bombo Pizza, and Eric Donnelly’s RockCreek Seafood and Spirits. Market Fishmonger & Eatery and Bar Dojo among others. There is also a shared-work space by IWG’s Regus brand. This is the intersection of life and style.

Everything is right here — theaters, dining, spa, shopping and groceries — everything from time-saving conveniences to indulgent luxuries— is at your doorstep. Life has never been this easy. Or this entertaining — with concerts, wine tastings, and festive events always popping up. Every day at Harvest is different because there’s something new and different around every corner.

Miles from everyone.
Minutes to everything.

Venture Further Afield

If you’re looking to relax after a long hike or bike ride, you will be spoiled for choices. Woodinville is home to over 100 wineries and tasting rooms representing every appellation in the state, including the famous Chateau Ste. Michelle, the first winery in Washington. The town is also ground-zero of the state’s farm-to-table movement as the fertile Sammamish River Valley produces not only acres of fruits and vegetables, but also a cornucopia of farmers markets, nurseries, pumpkin patches, and harvest festivals. Gourmet restaurants, tap rooms, bakeries, cider makers, and artisanal boutiques will be yours to explore.

closer by nature

Woodinville has about 11,000 people, with a median age of 35.7 years. It is about 17 miles northeast of downtown Seattle, about 45 minutes from Seattle International Airport, and 15 minutes north of Bellevue, so you’re not too far away from the big city while still enjoying the relaxing vibe of a small town and splendid views of Mt. Rainier.

Schools

River Run is part of the Northshore School District and is convenient to an elementary school and Woodinville High School. Sports fields are right across the street — no driving to soccer practice!
